Our competitors are not only the head chef or baker at their establishment but also proud business owners! Each chef will be joined at their cooking stations by 1-2 sous chefs of their choosing. Watch them compete LIVE on July 10, 2011, and stay tuned to Vegan Iron Chef for more information.

Each of our competitors’ amazing creations — appetizer, entrèe, and dessert — will be judged on
creative incorporation of secret ingredient, taste, and presentation by the following esteemed local vegan judges:
