We’re stoked to share the first two episodes of our latest endeavor, the “Mystery Ingredient” podcast! And goodness gracious, how time flies, as we recorded this first two-part installment back in November.

Vegan Iron Chef remains a 100% volunteer run nonprofit organization, and appreciate your understanding as we take this baby out of beta mode and slowly but surely into prime time. We wanted to do this as a way to reach out to a new audience beyond our successful series of community events, and it’s been a blast learning it all from scratch. #DIY

Without further adieu, please enjoy the first two episodes below for some serious vegan cookbook nerdin’:

Welcome back to “The Culinarians”!
In this second and final half of a hearty cookbook roundtable, our club dives into books that have taken them by surprise, and dare we say, romanced them — and those new books that have certainly grabbed their attention, but have yet to truly be explored.

We’re talking Thai cuisine, Ethiopian feasts, Japanese ramen bowls, a double dose of indie releases from Microcosm Publishing, and what many quickly consider the hand-crated vegan must by a certain cheesemaker (yeah, of the vegan variety).
